Our Help Points at the University of Basel, Lucerne and ETH Zurich Hönggerberg are closed since the beginning of the week.

However, we are still available online: Send us an e-mail if you have technical problems with your laptop. We will get back to you within a few hours and can also support you remotely if you are unable to take the necessary steps to solve the problem yourself.

Our Help Point at ETH Zurich Center is only open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. We care about the health of our employees and customers. As all ETH buildings are closed to the public, we follow strict access rules:

  • Please arrange a support appointment via e-mail. We cannot accept unannounced support cases.
  • Please be on time for the appointment and wait in front of the building. Our support staff will let you in.
  • Only one customer at a time is at the Help Point. Keep the recommended distance of 2m between each other.
  • The laptop will be disinfected on site. The appropriate disinfectants are available.
