We are happy to help you with your laptop or with registering your warranty case with the manufacturer. Many problems can be solved via e-mail (kontakt@projektneptun.ch). This type of support is free. For complicated problems or for our special services, we will ask you to come by one of our help points. Our prices are fair and student friendly, and the first hour of support per support case is free for students with Neptun devices.

We are currently unable to provide support at our Help Points without prior appointment. Please contact us first via support ticket (klick on "Need help?" on the right) or email even in an urgent case.

Students with a Neptun device can borrow laptop computers for up to four weeks free of charge if their own laptop has to be repaired. For all other Neptun customers the same service is available for a fee of CHF 50.

For customers without Neptun devices an hourly rate of CHF 160.- applies (40.-/h for students) and no flat fees are available.
