This fall the laptop market continues to be severely impacted by the effects of COVID-19, as well as production bottlenecks at processor manufacturers AMD and Intel. To counteract this, we have already pre-ordered a large number of devices in July and we were sending out repeat orders on a regular basis during the Fall Wave.

Despite all our efforts, the expected delivery dates are not yet known for all orders. 

Please log in to your account in the respective shop to see when your order will be delivered. 

If you have ordered an HP or Lenovo laptop, HP printer, Dell monitor, 3Dconnexion or Samsung products, you can view your order and delivery time here. If the delivery time is not indicated in your account, we recommend that you contact our distribution partner directly via email and have the order number ready.

You can view Microsoft orders directly in your customer account in the Microsoft Store.

If you encounter difficulties or urgently need a replacement device to bridge the waiting time, please contact us. We will try to find a solution for every problem.
